Tentative agreement for a new collective agreement with CPAA

Canada Post and the Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association (CPAA) have reached a tentative agreement for a new five-year collective agreement.

This tentative agreement is subject to a ratification vote by employees represented by the Association. The previous collective agreement expired on December 31, 2018.

Constructive discussions have been ongoing between the parties since the fall of 2018.

The Association’s negotiation team will communicate the proposed changes to the collective agreement to its members shortly, along with information about the ratification process.
