Why do I have to log into Intrapost?

Intrapost now has a lot more to offer. If you are a Canada Post employee, logging in will allow the system to identify you as a legitimate user. This means you can access personalized content, such as news adapted to your role. You can also use new interactive tools, such as national Classified Ads, blogs, forums (including Life@Work) and a car-pooling tool. You’ll be able to connect with coworkers on Intrapost the same way you do with friends on the Internet.

How do I get a user ID to log into Intrapost?

If you use a computer at work, your user ID is the same as the one you use to connect to the network. If you already access secure tools from home, such as Employee Self-Service, you can connect using the same user ID and password. Your session will open the new Intrapost as well as these secure tools. If you don’t have a user ID or don’t remember what it is, call the Help Desk at 1 877 411-8585 (Canada Post employees only).

I have my user ID, but I don’t have a password. How do get it?

If you already access secure tools on the external portal, such as Employee Self-Service, you can connect using the same password. Your session will open the new Intrapost as well as these secure tools. If you are a first-time user, you can create your new password by following the Change Password instructions. You will be asked to fill in fields on a secure server to confirm your identity. You will be given a temporary password, which you will then have to change. Follow these rules to create your new password: It must be exactly 8 characters, no more, no less, and must combine letters and numbers. Do not repeat letters or numbers back to back (such as pizza333).

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to: Forgot Password and follow the instructions on your screen to change your password.

How come my SAP password doesn’t work when I try to log into Intrapost?

When you access Intrapost or Employee Self-Service from home on the Internet, you are navigating on an external portal, which is distinct from the system you use at work. You connect to both with the same user ID, but you have to create a password for each system.
