Distributing face coverings to employees in Collection & Delivery and Retail


Our top priority throughout this challenging period continues to be the safety of our people. We have taken our guidance from public health officials to implement new safety measures, roll out supplies to protect employees and keep our facilities clean.

Earlier this month, we began to receive and distribute reusable face coverings to employees. We prioritized the distribution to employees working in plants and in other areas where sustained physical distancing is not possible.

Starting today, reusable face coverings will be distributed to employees in Collection & Delivery and Retail, as well as all other employees who continue to work out of a Canada Post facility. These face coverings are not mandatory, and are provided in addition to the physical distancing measures and plastic barriers that are already in place.

Employees who are working remotely will receive face coverings at a later date.
