COVID-19 vaccination practice being developed for all employees


Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post has followed the guidance of federal and local public health agencies.

Canada Post is currently in the process of developing its vaccine practice in line with the approach recently outlined by the federal government.

The practice will apply whether an employee is working remotely or on site. Please be assured that our approach will ensure all information shared by employees on their vaccination status will respect the Privacy Act and the Canadian Human Rights Act. Discussions are currently ongoing with our bargaining agents to finalize details.

Further details and instructions will be shared with you and your team leaders as soon as they are ready. In the meantime, we would encourage any employee who is not fully vaccinated to book an appointment to either begin or complete the vaccination process.
