Canada Post, CUPW enter arbitration over pay equity

Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have entered arbitration to resolve the issue of pay equity for Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers (RSMCs). There has been productive discussion, a lot of hard work and some real progress. The process will continue with the help of an arbitrator and the Corporation is hopeful it will soon end positively for employees and the company.
