A joint message from Canada Post and the Association of Postal Officials of Canada

Canada Post and the Association of Postal Officials of Canada (APOC) will be resuming formal collective bargaining beginning March 24, 2026.

The current collective agreement expired on March 31, 2025. On March 20, 2025, both parties agreed to defer negotiations until now.

APOC represents all supervisory employees involved in mail operations and mail operation support, as well as commercial sales and service representatives.

Please note that the bargaining process with APOC does not include the possibility of a strike or lockout.

The parties’ exchanges will remain confidential unless otherwise mutually agreed. We will continue to share information as it becomes available via email, as well as on the Negotiations Hub.
