• Opinions expressed in comments are those of their author, and do not necessarily represent the views of Canada Post, its management or employees. Canada Post does not endorse comments. Canada Post is not responsible for comments and disclaims any and all liability for their content.

Language Policy

As a Crown corporation, Canada Post respects the Official Languages Act and the importance of communicating in both official languages of the country. This website, as an official communication, is therefore offered in both English and French. The policy below outlines our approach.

• This website operates in two languages (English and French).
• Comments may be posted on either the English or French website, regardless of the comment’s language. To respect the original intent and context of the comments, they will not be translated.
• Original content from Canada Post will be written in both languages. Where possible, we endeavour to source third-party content in both languages. However, in the interest of providing quality information, we will post links to unilingual content if necessary.
