Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers have been working together to implement the wage and benefit changes associated with the 2018 pay equity resolution.

The resolution to pay equity directly impacts more than 12,000 employees and former employees and will affect different people in different ways. Because some changes are more complex to implement than others, it will take time to complete the process, so adjustments will be introduced in stages.

As changes are implemented, individuals who are impacted will be contacted by mail. We will also be posting copies of correspondence on this page so you can refer to them at any time*.

Have more questions? Contact AccessHR at accesshr@canadapost.ca or 1-877-807-9090.

*Any correspondence that includes private information will not be posted.
