Canada Post receives CPAA global offer

As negotiations with the Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association (CPAA) continue, we would like to provide an update. On November 18, Canada Post received a global offer from the CPAA. We will carefully review the offer over the coming days.
Since discussions began, both parties have engaged in productive and open talks with the goal of reaching a negotiated agreement. Throughout this ongoing process, the existing collective agreement that expired on December 31, 2023, continues to apply.
As a reminder, the bargaining process with CPAA does not include the possibility of a labour disruption.
After we have reviewed the global offer, we will be sure to update you about Canada Post’s response.
