Update on CPAA negotiations

We would like to provide a brief update on the negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association (CPAA).

The parties have met together several times since the negotiations process officially began. We are engaging in discussions that are productive, open and respectful.

Amid our ongoing talks, the existing collective agreement that expired on December 31, 2023, will continue to apply.

We are committed to the bargaining process. Our goal is to collaborate with the CPAA to reach a new negotiated agreement.

As the negotiations progress, we will keep all employees updated on any key developments.
